Who is Coaching for?
Coaching is for those who desire to create success in their lives and are prepared to invest in themselves.
Coaching is for those committed to take action, open to change and ready to take responsibility for their desired outcome of their career, business, life and relationships.
Your Coach becomes your close confidant and collaborator and supports you to achieve the success you define for yourself, maximise your potential and champion you to that next level, that ordinarily would remain elusive if tackled alone.
All walks of life benefit from a coach, ranging from entrepreneurs, business executives, homemakers, managers, sporting professionals and business owners, often the simple common denominator being that they all identify a gap between where they are in their lives and where they actually want to be. Coaching is the key to creating success.
In the words of Bill Gates “Everyone needs a coach. We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve.”
What is Coaching?
Coaching allows you to self-reflect and evaluate your life in a safe and confidential space and to pivot, reframe and change the paradigm.
It is an effective process that has a constant emphasis on moving you forward with your life, in a supportive manner and ultimately working towards attaining your life goals and aspirations.
The Coaching process typically empowers you, the Coachee:
✓ To gain greater clarity and perspective on your current circumstances
✓ To assess your options and the opportunities available to you
✓ To communicate more effectively, improve relationships and foster powerful connections
✓ To pivot, reframe and to implement a measurable plan to attain your goals
✓ To dissipate your negative internal dialogue, obstacles and self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back
✓ To augment your self-confidence and harness your natural strengths
✓ To become authentic and content in alignment with your values
✓ To maximise your potential and unveil the best version of yourself
How long is the Coaching Process?
Depending on the nature of the desired outcome, Coaching typically involves 3-6 Sessions, with an occasional maintenance session recommended thereafter.
Coaching is a symbiotic partnership between the Coach and the Coachee, a safe and confidential space and optimal results are achieved when the Coachee has a genuine desire to effect change and is open to the process.
