About The Founder
Melissa Dursley Coaching is a Boutique Coaching, Consulting & Mentoring Practice based in Dublin 4, that works with Business, Executive, Leadership and Private Personal Clients.
Prior to setting up the Practice, Melissa enjoyed a successful career in Business and Corporate Banking in Lending and Strategic Management positions for close to 20 years, dealing with complex deals and transactions, prestigious clients, various stakeholders and working with extraordinary colleagues.
During her career she gained significant experience motivating and coaching individuals and teams, to achieve their business and personal goals, maximise their performance and potential and supporting them to excel and deliver in high pace, pressurized, target driven environments.
Qualifications

Melissa is an accredited Coach with an Advanced Diploma in Executive, Leadership & Personal Coaching from Kingstown College and holds an EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) and Professional Designation at Practitioner level.

She is a qualified Financial Adviser (QFA designation), with a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice from the Institute of Bankers, University College Dublin, and she is a member of the Institute of Bankers.

Melissa holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurial Business Studies from Michael Smurfit, Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History from University College Dublin.
On a personal note she happily resides in Sandymount, Dublin 4 with her Husband and is a Mum to one amazing little girl and is from Monaghan originally.
Clients
Her practice clients are diverse and hail from the world of Entrepreneurs, Education, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Tech and Private Life Coaching Clients (Domestic & International).
Associates
The practice collaborates on occasions with specifically chosen coaching Associates. This is to facilitate the delivery of a full coaching suite to our clients as and when bespoke and tailored coaching is required.
